Dyeing & Finishing
Our Dyeing partners use the best soft flow where they treat fabrics with a temperature controlled dyeing system that enables dipping and dousing in a plethora of color choices. Dyes and chemicals used here with Azo-free as per Oeko-Tex Standards and Zero Liquid Discharge of effluents.
We are in love of fabrics colours that may attractive any sort of washable like Garment Dye, Enzyme Wash, Stone Wash, Tie & Dye colours.

Deploying a perfect and quality finish to the fabric, the compacting machine controls the fabric shrinkage, spirality and GSM. Which give the garment a niche sophisticated appeal like none other.
Printing & Embroidery

Embroidery unit is adept with the latest design automation that can add appealing visuals to the finished product. With our own punching designing, appliqué cutting and roll fusing techniques. We have the latest technology that is regularly upgraded to deliver any kind of design that defines elegance.
Cutting
We start with the cutting unit where manual expertise of machine like band knife and straight knife of our cutting department adds speed and volume to our production process. Our cutting edge auto cutters and other equipment enables a production capacity of over 45,000 thousand of units for outerwear garments per month.
Sweing
Giving life to our imagination and wings to our aspirations, our sewing facilities is the next step in the process that turns fabric into a multitude of garments with a capacity of 45,000 pieces per month. Our product centric and dedicated sewing production lines across our plants turn customer sketches into reality irrespective of size shape or colour. Experienced operators across our factories are specially trained for specific product groups thereby allowing high efficiencies and consistency in every stitch
Quality Inspection
Our quality team ensure end to end inspection process are done at every stage of manufacturing to give that every garment is in line with our customers vision. Final product inspection is carried out by our experienced quality control teams, keeping in mind high levels of globally accepted AQL standards.
Finishing and Packaging
Once the inspection is done the final phase of the production process is ironing and packaging. Making Fresh, and Flawless appearance of our products is sealed with polybag and basic properties to be used in packaging of apparels are clarity, thickness, weight, yield, tensile strength, flammability, moisture resistance, and Dimensional stability as per buyer standards.
